Before you submit payment, we recommend the following:
Contact your bank or credit card company before submitting a transaction. Large transactions are often flagged for review so doing this first will ensure a smooth purchase.
Verify the information your bank has on file and enter the billing information exactly as the information your bank or credit card has on file.
Double check that you are using the exact credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
Make sure you are using the right CVV code for the type of card you use. For example, Visa codes are generally 3 digits on the back of a card, but AMEX codes are generally 4 digits on the front of the card. Ask your bank if you're not sure what to use for your card.
If you are having trouble, try to ship to the same address as your billing address, as this can sometimes cause rejections by the bank.
